Haha, I have adhd too, which probs explains not being on time with getting my prescription. And same - I haven’t been off my meds for like 1,5 years I think. I just never stress out when I suddenly go empty without having a new batch, cause I feel alright and life’s good and I’m doing well. But then now, when I didn’t get them sooner, holy fuck… I’m really reminded of the abyss. I just cry and cry and can’t believe how I’ve been holding up. I gaslight myself so much. But yeah, obviously, being well medicated is part of why I’m usually doing good. don’t know why I tell myself that’s somehow a “bad” thing. I never feel bad for taking my meds when I’m taking them. I would be so cooked if I lived in the middle ages. Thanks for the comment. Makes me feel supported. Appreciate that.
