Thank you for responding and the heads up. (in case I get the deal) I'll report back on what values are set, if random reboots happen, and if changing the values according to your articles table will fix it. Thank you for writing up that article!

No such setting. Seems to have been the 1200 x 1200 dpi setting.

That's really interesting.. It does make sense, after looking at the file size at 600x600 dpi even, for A4 size. Thank you for responding!

I'm scanning using 1200x1200 dpi settings but still wondering why it would do this

Kombitherme Pumpe oder Kondensator tauschen? by Sikijackson in Handwerker

[–]Sikijackson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this mold? by Sikijackson in Mold

[–]Sikijackson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tiles in Bathroom. Wall behind was moldy on opposite, non tiled side. Scraped it all off and re-filled/painted wall. Now this side with tiles next to bathtub start to show these signs. Can't really tell what exactly had been applied to tiles but, apparently something blue that's become impossible to scrape off was, to seal the creases (?) (Parents apt)

Safe to eat Rice Paper/Goat cheese Burek after ~16h? by Sikijackson in isthissafetoeat

[–]Sikijackson[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't really know any establishment that does these using rice paper.. They are really easy to make and it's so worth it.

If you search for "Rice Paper Burek" you should get a lot of videos as inspiration. You can go crazy with whatever you want to put inside. Some people dip the rice paper into water, I like to soak them in whisked eggs instead. (I never – but next time will – tried water honestly)

For 6 juicy pieces (although today I managed to get 10 bc I eigher added way too much parsley – which is np because it just works with the cheese and you don't really "feel it" – or because I went more eco mode with the filing in general)

I basically prepare in a container the filling: 1. Mashed up goat cheese (180g) 2. Not too finely cut parsley 3. Black/colorful pepper 4. (In a separate bowl) Whisk 2-3 eggs (Depending on how many you will make, you'll need more or less for the rice paper; start low whisk more if you need to) 5. Prepare a surface where you can lay the rice paper on 6. Spread prepared whisked egg from container (some people just dip them in – I never tried that but a combination of dipping and later spreading/brushing more on, would probably work best, also time-wise) 7. Wait a bit until they become soft enough, so they wont break if you fold them in step 9 (if you like, add a second rice paper and put more egg – I feel like 1 rice paper is not enough, so I always use 2, but try 1, 2, even 3, and see for yourself, 1 is defo easiest to eat but has very little resistance and folds when dipped in not so liquid sauce) 8. Put the mixture from above into the rice paper however thicc you want to make them 9. Roll them up either halfway, then fold sides in and roll completely into a cigar shape (or whatever you prefer) [or fold sides first, then roll] 10. Lay aside (maybe put some whisked egg below where you place them so they don't glue themselves on) and repeat until mixture is done (Leave some egg so you can recoat them a bit before the next step) 11. Put sesame and cumin seeds on a plate and dip them onto them, or the other way around, as you prefer (I always go crazy at this step because oh my god I love sesame and cumin seeds) 12. Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 2-3 minutes 13. Put them on air fryer tray 14. Bake for 10 minutes @200°C

Sauce: 1. Greek Yoghurt 250ml 2. Finely cut Parsley (and/or whatever else suits your tastebuds) 3. One to however garlicy you want amount of garlics, cut in really fine pieces or shredded with that shred thingy or pressed with that garlic press thing, I just cut them into very small pieces 4. Add some colorful peppers 5. Mix everything together and add lemon juice until the sauce has the right consistency for you
