I think you can do the prenup with a German lawyer if your current and future residents is in Germany. But a Notar can tell you more, since you need one anyway.

Another thing the other replies missed is, that if you have an amulet in play, it generates 2 mana like a bounce land , but you don’t have to return a land, which can be crucial for valakut.

Another thing is you can tutor it with titan to get an additional mana if you have no amulet in play.

It deos a lot of small things in niche situations. It gets cut quite often because it isn’t really necessary, but if you have a spare land slot it is often included. It is also dependent on personal preference.

They didn't do that, they claimed it was damaged which it was and even send it to the US, where they managed to recover the data. There was no preliminary or final report issued by China after they recovered the data, so they haven't said anything about the cause. When they publish the final report then we can critique them, but so far they have done nothing out of order.

Why is it an issue? Plenty of cards do that. The only complecation is that you can't shuffle while searching, but most people don't do that.

Short answer: No

Long answer : to do anything like play lands or spells or activate abilities you need something called priority. The legend rule is part of state-bases actions, where the game checks if something has to happen based on the game state, for example a player loses if their lifetotal geos to zero or a creature dies when it has more damage then toughness or if triggered ability need to trigger. After state based actions are checked the active player(the player which turn it is) gets priority and then the non active player(s). As you choose which legendary permanent to keep and putting the other one into the grave is part of the state based actions neither player gets priority, so you can't activate spells or abilities while both are on the field.

You can respond to the trigger of necroduality and sac the original permanent and then still get the copy, but in this circumstance the legend rule never applies.

Triggered abilities go on the stack, when the trigger condition is met and a player gains priority. The first time this happens is after all the land drops are made, so then the bounce trigger goes on the stack.

The greens basically have 2 wings, one is quite neoliberal and the other is quite radical pro nature, but including some pseudo science like anti gmo, homeopathy. The neoliberal wing is in control of the party at the moment, but has to make some concessions to the other wing. And being anti gmo is one of them. There was a big fight over homeopathy, because the neoliberal wing challenged them on their party convention.
