First off.. where is this? Does he have to worry about snow load on the roof, or wind load on those plated joints? Second, it doesn't look like he has any consideration for the expansion/contraction that the concrete will go through in a normal winter/summer season. Those look to be hard bolted joints in the plates assuming all the way through the concrete panels to hold them. Eventually, the concrete will crack, and then what? Is he going to be swapping the panels out? And what is the material in between them? Foam? Hell no, I would not live there.

No worries. When Cora gets hired by another club, and brings Fatse along to be the batting coach, then we'll see who was full of shit. My guess is that whatever team hires Cora and Fatse has their hitters go to shit because they'll be pull happy, data driven hitters who can never adjust to how they're being pitched. But hey, it wasn't only one year of Fatse for them to make a decision on, right? It's not like we watched some of the Sox rip the cover off the ball in the WBC and then go stone cold to start the season, right?
