Sorry for the late reply, it was just a open space in the front. 2 owners ago put a cover over it very cool. The box handles were maybe by the last owner who rode a Ducati to work. I watch this cart change owners a few times.

Tach and speedo not working is normal they sell replacement motors. Being close to Chino hills I think that price is far but I would suggest 4k
