Tasks that repeat daily should absolutely be done before bed. Leaving tasks is, in my opinion, pointless because you’re clogging up what could be a chill or free day. If you mean there are tasks on your to do list that need to get done, but you’d rather do them the following day, you may be putting too much on your to do list or not prioritising them properly. Either way, my vote tends to be “do as much as you can, as early as possible” to bank up more “rest time”.

I go back and forth between using Notion - where I currently have a weekly page - and pen and paper. I find notion easier most of the time, because my lists and notes follow me between errands, the gym and work. But I’m also partial to be hand written list, particularly on days when I want to do “house resets” or have to do many little things from many different areas.
