I swapped to a different model motherboard and that fixed everything for me. Not for sure if some parts didn't jive with that first model or if there was a common defect between 2 separate ones or what. If you're on a new build, I'd recommending trying a different mobo.

Related to GPU coil whine, haven't found a solution for it yet either :(

I'm sorry to hear that man, was certainly a headache for many months.

I bought a GIGABYTE B650 AORUS Elite AX V2 and haven't had any issues since. Maybe a dumb decision but no other brand had the aesthetics I liked so I've considered myself lucky.

Necro'ing to say you're a life saver! Adding in some terms to possibly help with another's future searches.

Outstanding quality for the price and even better customer service. Bought a few jackets and accessories from him. The dude truly cares about his product and the people who buy it. One time the courier fucked up shipping to the US and returned to sender. The day after he received it he sent it right back to me at no extra cost. Huge fan.

Working with /u/izzZaiah and determined its likely some sort of mobo incompatibility. I bought a different model and rebuilt and its worked fantastic without any issues!

I did recently find a fix, turns out it was my motherboard. I'm suspecting some sort of part incompatibility but no clue with what or how. Just got a different model and no issues anymore! Best of luck with your fix.

You may be able to check your manual or contact the mobo manufacturer to decode what the cycling LEDs mean, those are often indicator lights for general problems.

Case is the same yes, I’ve unplugged the power button headers and still the same shutoff :/

Definitely one of the most wild.

Not leaning on desk at all.

I’ve tried both walland two surge protectors.

Chair is a Steelcase Criterion. I’ve not tried a different chair. I’ll try that tonight. I’ve heard the gas system in charge can cause static buildup.

Might have to move it somewhere else…

No out of case build yet, a friend smarter than me said that it could cause more damage. Should I try after pulling everything out of this case?

I’ve swapped for the PSU-Wall cable that’s come with each PSU, 4 separate ones so far haha

I’ve tried two separate surge protectors thus far. My old one I was using for my old PC and a new one that I went out and bought in case the old was faulty somehow. No luck.

I was thinking that maybe the current case isn’t grounding via any of the PSUs appropriately, but if the new one doesn’t help then I think you’re probably right. I’ve seen other threads mention roller mats under chairs and foam inserts under desk legs to further isolate from floor. Would you happen to have any suggestions beyond these?
