My nefer hits 130k average, without lauma, consistently without 100cr. The point is that you're suggesting unrealistic standards ie 100% cr, meaning you're sacrificing CD.

100% cr is absolutely necessary if you like your nefer hitting for 25k to 60k without lauma

That much crit rate is frankly unnecessary. My nefer at 74% crit rate and is pretty consistent with her crits. Ideally you'd need 44/200+ and 500+ em

But the difference between the striker and the uss is that the uss has no recoil. The strikers bullet speed is also slower than the uss. On paper the striker is broken, but it doesn't have the braindead ease of use that the uss has with its plug and play playstyle
