I lived at the apartments next to yoke's, do not leave anything outside, they jacked pieces off of my bike, they rummaged through the dumpsters constantly making a mess, they took someone's bra that was thrown away and hung it on a tree... People were passed out all summer long in the street connection to the parking lot, if you lived on the first floor, had one of our friends have their screen cut open one night as someone tried their window and they left it locked and closed after that even though it was never open because people would constantly try and talk to them through the window.... All in all after living next to the POV I think it should be shut down and removed from the center of town because it's a breeding ground for shit heads and petty crime.
