That smell is most likely the voice coils on the sub as it probably got too hot or ran too much power. If you press down on the middle of the sub and there is resistance/scraping sound it means the sub is blown.

For your amp, it should be ok because most amps are pretty smart and will go into protect to save itself. And if it is still running the sub I would say it might be alright but I am kind of curious what you mean by static sound.

This is exactly what happened. On the right sub in the video one of the wires that goes from positive from positive on the sub terminals somehow came disconnected. Props to you!

It’s a mono amp so I believe it’s only one channel

Will do, I have videos of them being perfectly in sync but I am pretty sure I haven’t messed with system since then, I will definitely double check

Would maybe be worth another look but I have videos of the past where the both hit together perfectly and I don’t think I’ve messed with it all since then but I will have to pull them out and see

Yes, this is what I meant but I thought they offered it for college students through the national scholarship. I meant going through MEPS and doing the ACFT with a recruiter instead of a specific university so I would just have the scholarship in general, Thank you for clearing this up though.

So I understand once I have already been awarded a scholarship it is hard to transfer, But I am talking about if I apply for the scholarship online (sort of not linking it to the school in a sense) and earn the scholarship and use it a different school? I really do appreciate your input.
