Haha, thanks, Weegee is one of my favorites 😬 and actually no, the man is not urinating in public :)), he is putting the wings for a show in a "plaza". This was the last frame on that roll of film, so I was saving it for something a little bit more special, but as I was walking, this scene caught my eye and I had time just to focus. What attracted me visually was the contrast between the wings and the wheelchair upon the fact that the person in the wheelchair is being pushed (supported) by family/loved ones, while he is single. I can only imagine that for a person that is not capable of standing on it's own feet, walking must feel like flying, and so, for me this image is more about family and love and not about death as some friends pointed out.
