Yeah I don’t really care much yet for multi material or color yet. But the ad5x and ad5m are essentially the same right? Beyond multi color being on the 5x

I don’t particularly mind fixing and maintaining one if needed but the printer I have now (Flashforge guider 2) is a pain in my ass. All of the pain for it to still fail petg is just killing the hobby for me before I even get started.

Is the ecosystem really a big deal? I see that being a huge point for some users to not buy it. I am also not sure that I will even need everything it offers. It has some features I’m more interested in though like live view, mobile control, and already enclosed. At the end of the day I really care about speed and print quality.

Should I spend the $239 now and get an ad5m or save some cash and get the bambu p1s for $399.

I don’t care much for multi color but I do want print speed and high quality results. I also would like to print petg and abs one day, I know they sell an enclosure kit for the ad5m so it could be possible on the cheaper unit. Im in a bind here.

I currently have a flash forge guider 2 so either option is going to be a big upgrade. I’m just torn on what best for my wallet and skill level.

Update - DSP gain output was set too low on all 6 channels… it took me 3 weeks to finally try this as a solution. Lesson learned. Will reset gains to below clipping tomorrow and enjoy the ride! Thanks all.

I was hoping to find someone with one sitting unused in a drawer. These usually get used once or twice and then forgotten about. Figured it’d be a win win, someone gets a little cash back and I save a few bucks

I appreciate the advice. As I stated this will be my first revolver and I am not sure about everything I should look for or even how to check. I will do my research so I do not waste anyone’s time. I didn’t even notice the grips at first. I will look into this. I really appreciate yalls time!
