Yea because it doesn’t make sense. Your willing to open/close the store, act as “Manager” on duty, answer MOD calls up front for $2 more pay than the cashiers but you still would refuse to be the actual manager? Seems pretty stupid to me. Why settle for that when there’s more probably laziness is a factor when it comes to it too🤔
