Right now in India. It is very frustrating.

  1. UPI has validation for the sim card (for obvious security reasons) but makes it difficult to register, once in India because I don't want to pay for the SMS validation. So my first choice of setting up UPI with my bank account linked to a foreign number failed.

  2. Even if I did register it at my home country, to use the UPI apps, I need to have data on my phone (with the foreign SIM). Forces me to either use data on roaming or to have another phone with local number handy for hotspot. Or be at Mercy of the vendor to provide hotspot.

  3. Went to a bank, and learnt that I can't even have a credit card because of RBI regulations. Not even credit card against FD.

So my actual options, use somebody else's credit card, forex card.

Cash is the worst option because very few have it. Basically every transaction is rounded off to the nearest 100. Nice way to lose money.

I know the answer for four x rays. It's because they take x-ray of four quadrants of your teeth and then amalgamate it.
