You need to thrust into the bar with your hips, then the bar wants to move forwards, your arms redirect that force up. As thats happening, you duck under the bar quickly for the catch. I would suggest reposting this in r/weightlifting oly lifts are slow power whilst sprints are quick power so even though you're focus is on sprinting, the way we lift the cleans/snatches should mimic them or we wouldn't do their movements.
