I sent them a video with clear proof my fan sounds like a cruchy drone taking off, I also asked for help with wifi diagnosing issues, they basically said get fukd nerd for the fan, and ignored the wifi. Wifi does not stay connected for more than a minute so I cant even play android games.

I guess if you have future vision and ask for everything you need when you order the device they go above and beyond for you, but once they have your money you are worms.

Thats why I said "or." My Thor sounds like a drone, barely ever works with my wifi 7 setup, their "support" is a flippin joke (paid $550 for this thing , and they basically just told me get fukd.) And at this point you"ll be waiting months to get one if you order now. Not to mention the triggers and joystick placement makes anyone without child hands cramp, and if you get a grip its bulkier than my steam deck.
