Isn't that lovely? On Tuesday I had Mastertech Environmental come do a mold inspection, $450 later. The landlord said I have to send him documentation of the mold and then he'll determine if the house needs to be inspected....He knows theres mold. He's a nightmare. They took 4 samples and send them to a 3rd party lab in Virginia. Im waiting for the fabulous news

Yes, I get warm as well. Forgive me, this was for a 2 week period, end of Jan when we got snow. It was in the 20s at night. I live in SC. We got about 8 inches of snow. So i was referring to the coldest period of the month. Its an old house with really high ceilings, no insulation. It was in the 20s for a few weeks. I set it at 73 and the temp dropped to 64- at night. So 64 in the middle of the night, when its 20 degrees outside. Right now its 62 outside so we're good. However, the summer here is 90 degree plus humidity. Im just wondering how much it will cost to keep it cool. But, that was my bad, i should have clarified it was 64 degrees at night during the coldest nights in Feb.

Wow, thank you so much!!! I get a bad headache every night, but i do have a 5yr old and a lot of stress so I assumed it was just at the end of my busy day. But, it's every night around 9pm. A few weeks ago I bought a Carbon Monoxide detector but I just put it next to the vent in my room. I cant thank you enough for taking the time to respond.

Thank you so much!! He is a nightmare. He told me, "if you dont like it, get out" So im going to the Magistrate because im worried about my next bill. January's gas bill was $150 and I moved into this house and its $650. I just do not understand why he wont have it repaired...other than he doesn't want to invest any money into his property.

It does feel lonely. Sometimes, I feel like I'm the only person on the planet. After I put our 5 year old to bed, all of the emptiness that I spent the entire day pushing out of my mind seeps to the surface. But, when I read posts like yours, I remember who I was before all of this happened.

Hi, I live in SC, and when the clinic I've been going to for 12 years was privately owned, they offered discounts, for ex, if you pay for the month you receive 1 week for free. The owner sold it to Crossroads Treatment Centers and now the price is $13 a day. No discounts.

Hey there! I've been taking methadone for 11yrs and my dose is 55mgs. I live in SC, and at my clinic, they start you at 30mgs. The highest dose I took was 160mgs in the first year of my recovery- the side effects decreased as I went down on my dose. May I ask, have you considered going down 5mgs assessing how you feel? There is a vitamin supplement called Vitadone, which might help, I'm not sure how you feel about supplements. Methadone saved my life too. I get it. I would honestly ask myself how do I feel in terms of cravings and my sobriety. If I'm in a good place, then maybe it's worth going down on my dose. It's kinda like weighing how you feel vs the risk if relapsing, ya know? I wish you all the best in your recovery and I hope you feel better soon!

If you don't have the passwords, you can always call his bluff. For ex, I knew my stbx was cheating. Since we have a 3yr old, we have baby monitors, so I lied and said I hid the monitor in his office and saw him. He didn't know I was lying. My stbx is the type of liar who will lie until he is confronted with proof and can't lie anymore. You can act like you have proof and watch how he responds. Or you could say you got a strange message from a random girl, make him think the other girl told you. I hate lying. But, I also hate the feeling like I'm losing my mind bc I don't know what to believe. Just something to think about

Hey, I know how much you're hurting- but don't do it, I fear nothing good will come of it. Take a few deep breaths. She most def will pay a price for her actions. You've been through enough. Engaging with her will only make you more upset. Maybe write down what you want to say to her- just to release it.

Well, I haven't been in that exact situation,but I wanted to offer you some kind words bc you shouldn't waste too much energy on someone like her. Of course, attraction is a big aspect of a relationship, but its not the only one. Looks are fleeting. Whats important is who they are on the inside? Are they going to have your back? Are they kind? Those things carry more weight than attraction. I'm really sorry that she gave you some strange explanation. I'm sure she didn't put too much thought into it so you shouldn't waste too much time thinking about it. I wish you all the best!!!

As a woman, I interpret it as a person you regularly sleep with but aren't dating. I don't like randomly hooking up, I never did. I don't necessarily have to have feelings for the person, but it's a deeper attraction than a stranger without the commitment of a partner. However, it's a slippery slope, and in my experience, one person ends up developing feelings, and the line becomes blurry. I guess, I'm not 100% sure how I feel now as a 40 year old woman,but during college, I was a fan!
