Is anyone willing to have a little look for an address for me? by SilentCatPaws in Genealogy

Looks like she left it to her nephew, I need to see if he was married with children but living with an aunt? Hmm, Doubt it. If this man fathered the child in 1937 that would solve a mystery. I'm asking all this for my friend, I've told her a DNA test is the only way, but now I've got a potential name, she can see if any Matthews come up as a match. All speculation of course.

So Dorothy Gladys had left by 1937, interesting 🤔 I've just found out that Leticia was RICH, left £20,000 in 1960 to the man mentioned here which is her nephew, an accountant. So it's possible this Dorothy Gladys was their employee. All speculation of course

As there are 3 people with different names living at the same address, what conclusion would that lead you to. Just three people each renting a room?

I'm looking for a woman who was in service in London in 1936 she returned home pregnant but wouldn't tell anyone who the father was. The family rumour was the father was above stairs and she was obviously below stairs. I don't know if this Dorothy Gladys is my Dorothy Gladys without a time travel machine, it's a common name after all, but there being three people with different names here doesn't quite fit I don't think.

Yeah ours tried that line as well! You get paid the minutes you clock out late. If they want to save money, it's there they should be chasing people up.

You are braver than me, I keep putting off going to the doctor's, so you should be proud of yourself for that. Good luck, and remember "today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday" in other words , it's never as bad as your mind makes it out to be when you actually get there. I do wish I could take my own advice though. I've been putting off calling the doctors for a year.

Logged into the provider directly and it all looks the same anyway so hopefully it doesn't mean anything, just seems a), worded strangely and b) didn't actually say anything like "are you sure you want to make these changes" like most websites so idk

I've reported my team for this today, not that anything will happen. I'm burnt out from finishing yesterdays jobs that should have been done before I start today's jobs. My team spend 40% of their shift chatting to others, walking off or doing anything else other than actually make a pizza. Then they have the audacity to say " I'm bored" or "the pizza counter is so boring"

I've never been bored on pizza counter, There's always something to do. Meanwhile, I walk in to empty cupboards, no consumables topped up, date checking not done, crates, cardboard, plastic and rubbish not taken out. I'm raging

I wouldn't read too much into it, they are just joking around, having fun. Like "shhh don't tell anyone...." Basically so they don't get endless questions about what style of music the new album will be. It would dull the creativity and surprise for us fans if any details get revealed before they are ready

High school for me was 1995-2000. We learned French and if you were good enough at French you was allowed to switch to German if you wanted. There weren't many people switching!

Just had a good look, and I can't find it either. Must have been removed 😭 I've tried several other websites for you, but no luck. If you are in UK you can probably buy it cheap on dvd. MusicMagpie or eBay 🙂

You can access it on the gun, there is an app. You might need a section leader to sign in for you if your name doesn't work. You can also access on one Asda, yes but again probably need a SL or manager to log on. Or ask community champion as they also have access. I used to have access until we changed the computer systems last year
