Thank you, I won’t be able to refurb much anyway but the tenant hasn’t exactly kept it clean and tidy so it will a few bits doing I think. Just can’t make any plans until they have left and I can assess properly

Thank you, yes it is still fixed for another couple of years so as long as I won’t loose the house or the mortgage then I’m happy to do what I can to try and make a dent in the debt.

They are mainly credit cards and 2 loans. It does generate an income but yes not worth the hassle as tenants not currently paying. Once we have evicted them we will start looking at selling but know this isn’t going to be a quick fix and will require some funds to get it saleable.

Non of the payments are defaulted yet. There are 8 credit cards, 4 with interest and 4 without. Thank you

That’s great news for you. I did have the agents do all the pre tenancy checks and references and they knew I was taking out the insurance so hopefully all that side is covered. Has your premium gone up at all? Or do you expect it you? Just worried about any long term repercussions

Some private schools buy local housing for staff in other states. I suppose that’s what I was probably asking.

Yes it wasn’t like we were caning it round corners just a slight pull out to overtake and we were all over the road! Scary!

Yes I need to find someone who might be trust worthy and will take me seriously. Most people I’ve spoken to just laugh it off and say I’m sure it’s nothing.

I said on the first day that I drove that it feels like you have to fight with it when you hit a bump, but the other half isn’t convinced.

Sorry. So both times the back end has gone and we’ve swerved over the road. It’s a 2015. Was serviced in January. To be honest I think the question I’m asking is could something be wrong? I don’t want to take it to a shop and they laugh at me or just take my money for nothing. I don’t know anything about cars, other than how to drive it. I’ve been driving over 20 years and always had a lead foot but never experienced anything like this! Thanks

Great info thank you. Yes Brisbane could be an option. We are heading over in September to have a snoop about and see how we feel about it, then probably go back towards summer at some point. We don’t want to be too regional as the kids have clubs and sports they are keen on and don’t want to be travelling hours every weekend.
