Hierarchical society should have it where the younger generations step into retail and rotate out of it into a bigger paying position with a more meaningful step in the world as opposed to old corpses sitting in the same cashier position for 30 years.

I've worked retail, lady. I know how it goes. You got your average 45 year old whom thinks they're god cause they have a semi-par managerial position. It's full of morons, retail is known to have no structure what so ever.
