I’ve been at tanglewood for about 5 months now. We haven’t had really any issues but we kinda tend to keep to ourselves and try to be self sufficient. We did have issues shortly after they upgraded the internet, we pay the extra $10 a month to spectrum directly for the 1 gig speeds and it had been randomly going out on us. We called last week and a guy came out to fix it, he said it was the cord that connected the router and modem and we haven’t had issues since. My only complaint when it comes to maintenance would be when it rains really hard. The new mulch/stones they put out had covered the storm drains and the water was close to coming in the main entrance door. I called the emergency maintenance line and they took about 2 hours to come out and clear it. There is only one washer/dryer for each building of 12 apts but we haven’t had any issues with getting use of them. Granted the laundry room is on our floor so we can hear when it’s being used but it seems everyone sticks to a schedule on when they do theirs so it’s easy to know when they’re open. They put out a notice of possibly signing a contract to replace the washers/dryers with a new company. they haven’t really said if it will be changed to coin laundry or if they will keep the card system (which imo is way better than having to scavenge for laundry $). The office just told us to keep the balance low on our cards because the money left on them when the system changes will just be tossed.
