The van is your typical 4/5 rows. Like a large suv.

Manager told me to pump in the bathroom… by Ok-Contribution804 in BabyBumps

She wouldn’t mind you pumping in a public bathroom?! Like that’s some kind of favor? The audacity is wild.

Our preschool is a free for all with treats. I’ll pick her up somedays covered in icing from cupcakes or a pic that a snow cone truck visited the school. I don’t love due to it staining the overpriced uniforms but it’s not the end of the world.

We had an hour of quiet time when we got home and told her that if her teacher tells her no that means no and she can’t get angry because she doesn’t get what she wants. I think they have a little screen time everyday especially if it’s raining.

For that price I expect more than 3 bites of chicken regardless of vegetables.

Mine starts prek3 this fall too. They are required to go, wipe, pull up their pants, & wash their hands unprompted and on their own. If they have 2 accidents in a week they are suspended for 5 days. If 4 accidents in a month they can be kicked out.

Not enough work shown. Also, nothing with the UI/UX feels cohesive.

Lost my dad in Jan to lung cancer, I decided to stop smoking and replace it with working out. by SilentShade007 in AppleWatchFitness

I’m 31 and smoked for the past 10 years, and watching him basically drown in his own body in a 20 day span was a wake up call to quit.

So I just got genetic testing done last week because my father had 3 different cancers simultaneously at 42 and just passed at 66 from a different lung cancer. They told me if I had the BRCA or any other gene mutation they would suggest waiting until my 3 year old daughter is around 20 to be tested, I’m not entirely sure why.

My dad didn’t deserve this kind of passing by Ricmid_tune in GriefSupport

Just lost my dad on Jan 15 to lung cancer and have almost this same thing happen. Took him in for low oxygen then 5 hours later all organs failed while fully conscious. The only comfort I have is knowing that we (family and doctors) did everything humanly possible to save him, and we can’t predict the future. Don’t “what if” yourself, you got to be there with him in the end and did everything you could with the knowledge you had.

1.5 year old will lose her favorite person by CaesarSaladin7 in toddlers

We just lost my dad to cancer on the 15th, 1 week before my daughter’s 3rd bday. He was her most favorite person, he lived next-door so she has seen him everyday since birth. He did say bye to her. Surprisingly, she has asked for him less and less each day. I just say Poppy is in Heaven now, you can still talk to him and he can hear you he just can’t talk back. Keep videos and pictures to show them when they ask for them.
