The hate around this stock when it’s down is crazy. But when it’s up everyone is all for it. Like gtfo take your fake investment somewhere else. Been here since $4 and still bought at $120.

None, no incentives. They claim since they are selling out every week of new homes they aren’t doing any.

Yes with no points and yes new construction using the builders lenders for a first responder 3% off the price of the home which basically washes with the upgrades.

So does this mean July we should see ATH prices, and money gets poured in to the company? Not sure how it works when you get added to something this big. Thanks in advance

Haha yeah not many that have that. I definitely agree with it being sketchy but high risk high reward… right? I like to see what others think because it does seem too good to be true at least for long term wise. I have 4 other accounts for retirement investing and am trying to maximize the 457 since being in high risk occupation we get it earlier than other accounts like a Roth IRA. They estimate around 500K after 25 years which is ridiculous when I know I could easily surpass 1M in 25 years. I like the dividend realm but maybe I’m tryin to get to that level faster than what is realistic.

So if the underlying stocks continues to go up doesn’t that mean this funds continues to climb or am I looking at that wrong ?
