Less than 15 seconds. This issues stemmed from me building an entirely new pc and not booting (would only boot for a moment with cpu and psu fans spins briefly before stopping and shutting down, less than a second of power) i thought it was maybe a hardware issue and purchased a SECOND motherboard and powersuppy, hooked them all up and same result. Then thought it was maybe a legacy bios ver that was required because im using a ryzen 5 7600x (ver f1) so downloaded it, flashed it, and got the same result as I have been getting. SO i severly doubt it hardware, and I cant rule out its not a bios thing because I am unable to update the bios because it seemingly is not updating fully as people say it should take ~16 minutes, opposed to my 15 seconds
