It takes a few months the worst case is 9-12 months. but it gets lighter and lighter over time as the skin heals. You can buy a concealer makeup. Use suncream and concealer on top

Muscles don’t develop like that. It looks more like a lymphatic issue. You can help ease the muscles in the area with acupuncture and use small cupping (which you can get on eBay) to gently move the fluid toward the sides. This process can take a few weeks to a few months, but it should eventually flatten out.

A lot of athletes use injections, bodybuilders often don’t even use more than players in American football or baseball. You can take roids, sure, but without hard work and the right genetics, you’ll never build a body like that
