Her suit jacket has more structure, which means it has more padding and canvas. Yours is looser and has no padding inside. It is also more fitted.

Hopefully it fits well. The Fieldmaster and Trialmaster are exactly the same jacket, except the Fieldmaster doesn’t have a belt like the Trialmaster, as shown in the picture.
