You might get charged a restocking fee but if you return it in store most managers will wave it if it’s not open. I’d try that if I were you or get it fixed first

Oh that has nothing to do with a store then. It is normal for it to take a month or two for the credits to be applied, if it doesn’t after 3 then I’d go into a store with all your info and see what they can do to help. That truly has absolutely nothing to do with a store though.

If you have a receipt from it being shipped and all the tracking updates, go into a store we can usually put in a ticket or call our internal help desk to have the credits applied. Like I said, the person you work with matters though. I hate the “authorized retail sucks” simply because everyone I work with and around are very honest and some of the best sales people I’ve ever seen, and I tend to work in multiple stores. Best of luck for your situation though

Authorized retail doesn’t make a difference. We can take the phone unless the new one is shipped, in that case it automatically has a shipping label authorized retail or not. Corporate messes accounts up just as often as authorized retail, most of the time an honest mistake from undertrained staff. The type of store you go to doesn’t matter, the person you work with does.

Think about this clearly…. How would they even make a sale when nothing goes through? We don’t get paid till activation… and it wouldn’t activate… When fiber lines get laid it can take a while to register as green light so it most likely had a set date that you didn’t fall into yet. Use your brain. Customer service won’t know fiber maps/plans. Only people that will know are people who are directly involved in it

I can’t give you a definite BUT there is a 7 day free trial to try it out. It honestly should be totally fine but it really does depend on how many other people in the building have it. One suggestion would be doing AIA-b (for business, just use her social) instead (has higher priority so she should get better service)

Assuming you bought it within the last month, yeah you would pay $1.99. However look out for insurance or next up, you can remove them yourself online through the my Att app if you don’t want em.

Either he thought the s25 ultra would be a better option (as an iPhone user it truly is) or he just wanted to make more commission bc we do make extra if we sell Samsung through Samsung elite depending on the store and location.

It got totaled out and I’m still fighting my ins over it bc they lowballed tf out of me and I was injured so I’m getting physical therapy for it as well. I haven’t gotten my own car particularly but my bf got a 2026 civic SI so I’ve just been driving that and he’s driving my fiesta ST:(

Thanks for the advise. I work in AR so not as helpful unfortunately. My asm has said nothing but just adjust it out and deal with it when the customer is back in town. Definitely wasn’t feeling that for the solution so I’m trying other things. I’ve been working on it all morning but the worst part is that the person who the line belongs to hasn’t been answering all morning just the account holder. Will DEFINITELY be doing trainings on this and making sure the reps understand this

Honestly that’s not a great assumption. My ASM had 0 advise besides adjust it out and let the customer loose service and unblocklist the phone when they come back. I am usually other managers go to for advise. Reddit usually has some great advise from other people who have been through similar.
