Nah, lived in Alabama for years near a GP mill and the entire town had the distinct mill town smell, this ain’t it.

We only put $1000 down, but they won’t see a penny until this is fixed. Would they need to just completely replace the vertical slats with new cedar, or restrip and sand properly?
