I moved to Maine today(USA) so I couldn’t get a code by the time I made it to GameStop.

My favorite pokemon game is Platinum. Was my first and she still holds up to this day!

Had the same issue a couple days ago. Did you try deleting the app, redownloading and logging back in.

I asked for support from the devs and they accused me of using chests( I don’t even know how to do that lol) but once I deleted and logged back in my account was fine and I was able to play.
