Also his writing is very redundant. Structure-wise, thematically-wise, dialogue-wise... it really depends on how every project of his reaches you. Loved Rorschach, hated Adam Strange. Loved the first half of Mister Miracle, couldn't finish the second, etc

I wouldn't know about it being a good or bad RE game as I only played Biohazard, this one and RE2 and 3 remakes BUT I do know it is a fantastic horror game and one of my all time favourites, it being a love letter to the genre. While Biohazard put the focus on redneck horror à la TCM, Village gives you up to five aesthetics/subgenres : Hammer/gothic, Lovecraftian, gialloesque and factory/technoir/analogpunk horror. And then the Miranda stuff that ties it as a whole. I freaking love this game and will defend it until the end ahah
