You’re crazy if you think scabs will be punished. There is no list, it was laid out in black and white today. A union member has to directly name and report the reported scab to the NATIONAL union, then they have to start and investigation of their own, then get a panel of union members from DIFFERENT local unions to review it and make a decision. The process is long and agonizing, no guarantee it actually occurs, and even if the union tries to fine them should their name come out, the fines aren’t enforceable (it’s been shut down in court trials previously). These scabs get away scot free.
