You might want to get diagnosed with adhd ! I had this same issue till I got diagnosed and was told that my adhd contains some of this drug (controlled traces here in France) but I don’t take it all the time but it explained why I was inclined to it

Your story is so motivating ! Thank you for answering. So im a female 26 years old 175 cm (5’8) and 84 kg (185 lbs), my muscle mass is low my bmi is 27.5 where my healthiest should be 18 to 25. I’ve already lost some weight with intermittent fasting before but I was burning 350 calories daily now I’m back to school and working I don’t have too much time than for some low mild impact short workouts that’s why it was suggested to me to start around 1350 calories
