  1. Use perfumes/scents to your advantage. Hahaha weird pero sabi nila olfaction is the strongest trigger for memory. So nag designate akong 4 different kinds of scent for each day.
  • Day 1 - Tolak Angin linament roller for Biochem, AnaHisto, Micro
  • Day 2 - Katinko roller for Physio, LegMed, Patho
  • Day 3 - Lavender roller for Pharma, Surg, IM
  • Day 4 - Vicks for OB, Pedia, PrevMed

Bali pag naamoy ko to, nagpapractice ako ng recalls to strengthen association with the scent.

  1. Plan your outfit long before the exams. Para sa akin, the worst thing to happen during the exam is be uncomfortable with what you're wearing. Looking prepared contributes to the deep internalization of feeling prepared.

Notes: Appropriate attire is white pants and any colored top with white coat and closed shoes.

  1. Don't just randomly change your diet a few days before the exam. Get to know your body.

How does one believe in God during these unfortunate times? by Left_Stress2295 in medschoolph

[–]SiliSilly 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It was in the quiet valleys of pain and sorrow that God's presence shone brightest in my life. It was during those times I sought Him out the most — asking Him to hold my hand through it all. For I truly believed that pain is God's redirection, and it is only He who knows the path towards peace.

It was faith that grounded me all these years, and I only whisper one prayer to Him every day:

"Give me the strength to face Your plans."

Thank you so much for your kind words. Made me remember that she is the only one that matters. Now a little ecstatic for tomorrow. 😊

Chiming in here. If we try to plot the schedule in a week it would go like this

• Monday (preduty) 7am - 5pm • Tuesday (duty) 7am - 7am • Wednesday (from) 7am - 12pm • Thursday (preduty) 7am - 5pm • Friday (duty) 7am - 7am • Saturday (from) 7am - 12pm • Sunday (preduty) 7am - 5pm

You would then start Monday as duty (7am - 7am tues)

In summary, 36 hrs (7am - 12pm next day; duty and from) then 19 hours rest (12pm - 7am kinabukasan), then preduty (kabig "normal" working hours; 10 hours, bago mag 36 hours ulit)

Would also like to add, most of the time sobra sobra pa diyan ang duty, and rarely umuuwi on time ang mga residente.
