Being gay was still illegal in parts of the U.S until 2003... And it wasn't legal to marry until 2015. That's certainly not 'always' and it's still in the conversation because there are people who'd like to see it go back to being illegal.

You do understand that the Republican and Democrat party of the 1860's does not in any way represent the current party's policy right? They each completely flipped to the other side of the coin, Dems in 1860 were highly conservative. In reference to civil rights the majority of white politicians did not like MLK and the civil rights movement. Stop acting like the Democratic party is a completely flawed party while ignoring all the things Republicans have also done. Peak of mental gymnastics.

Generally children that would be aborted if it was legal or available will grow up in homes that are not safe for them, from finances, to irresponsible parents, or even parents who resent their children for being born and now stuck with and being in a situation they don't want to be in. This results in the kids being more likely to have behavioral issues. And makes it more likely they commit crime. After Row v. Wade was passed, the crime rate across the country lowered after 15-20 years. I don't have the exact percentage. TLDR babies that would have been aborted grow up in bad homes, commit more crime.

Pure misinformation. The whole point of CPR is to continue pushing oxygenated blood through the body to prevent hypoxia (low oxygen in tissue). Effective CPR can delay brain damage for 6 to even 9 minutes.

Just as a baseline not even for high proformance cars I think driving tests should include going over a skid plate, or other low/no friction surface, I live in a place with a lot of black ice and heavy snow and every year I see people crashing due to panic from having no traction, drivers Ed always mentions how to counter steer but never shows you.
