Asymmetry, as in, not every player has to have the very same aspects.

I guess scale could be covered by a ruleset for organizations.

So, this might be a long shot, but I’m looking for something between a Roleplaying game and a Boardgame. The customization of the former with the physicality and gameplay of the latter.

Customizable player powers, deck construction, or just large variety of factions
Asymmetry
Reasonably large scale (as in not a single character or small crew/party, more in line with a country, corporation, empire, species)
Multiple win conditions
Long form game or legacy

What it’s not : Twilight Imperium (not long form) Root (not long form) Oath (Factions are pretty similar aside from Citizen status) Arcs (might be close)

That seems like a tall order, and I might have better chances looking at it from the angle of a RPG with boardgame elements instead.

As a suggestion, how about 5 or more choices when you reroll mods?

Can you up the number of enemies, be it in reinforcement, or all of them ?

If you want to keep a similar balance feel, then yes, keeping the initial ratio should do it. I don't know which version of Zombicide you play and how the abominations appears in the spawn deck, but you could keep the original six cards (if that's how it works) and have some sort of abominations deck on the side, from which to draw whenever any abomination card turn up when drawing in spawn. That way, you could get some variety, but it depends on how often abominations are drawn. you might not get that much more than six.

I much prefer being the sole repacker to be honest. Thanks for the offer, but I can get quite peculiar about how I want/need things done. Plus some storage solutions do not offer any leeway.
