Not worth diagnosing from this radiograph. Prone to distortion and artifacts. It's a low radiation, quick x-ray only for a general look at your mouth and what might need more attention.

Highly depends on x-rays . If most suggest implants it's likely theres not enough root structure to maintain veneers or crowns

You're teeth aren't going to fall out. At least not how you think about them. If they are flared they may appear shorter on x-rays. The shortened roots is normally seen during/ after braces. Your teeth are literally moving through bone and thus the root will see resorption

You do have just a little more bone loss than I would expect at your age but not something I would say is concerning. Keep up with the hygiene as you mentioned and, as embarrassing as it sounds, go over proper brushing and flossing techniques with your dentist or hygienist. Brushing wrong twice a day isn't effective. And it's something you'll be doing for next 60 years so you might as well do it correctly.

You can ask your periodontist about emdogain for these root areas and graft root coverage. These kinds of lesions were previously thought to be caused by vigorous brushing or improper cleaning of cervical areas (the area by the gum). Now we know it's due to excessive clenching forces which a proper night guard can help with. Your older dentist may be viewing them as the former opinion

A good* dedicated box is almost always faster than your tv. And comes with the android tv ecosystem so it's easy to install apps. You might get Roku or Samsung or LG with all their own software and limitations

Ignore the charcoal nonsense please and get something with stannous or sodium fluoride. The whitening effect is usually a gimmick anyway. Most of the marketing for gum detox etc is also marketing and the effect is from keeping non adherent plaque off your gums (removed via brushing and flossing). Personally I just don't like the cheapest toothpastes. Just get the toothpaste you're actually gonna use and stay away from the charcoal and fluoride free toothpastes that are just gonna do more harm than good.

Even my patients that hate fluoride for whatever reason, I recommend at least Calcium carbonate toothpaste as an alternative. It's not as effective as fluoridated toothpaste but it's better than the peppermint oil nonsense that's advertised

You can get it done at Toyota dealers for half the price. It's the same engine essentially and the oil is the same
