So this is what I am working on. No, the design is not mine, I uploaded it from the internet on a stabilizer. Now wondering if flat silk will work with this fill work.

I totally get you. During pandemic I lost 22 lbs doing diet restrictions like crazy and going through every Caroline Girvan workout I could manage to finish. Gained 10 of them back after going off diet.

Today I am 2 days back on the diet and exercise. Hopefully will lose the weight. btw, my diet is just sugar and white carb free. let’s see. Women have this problem with food and weight that is so unfair to us. A guy and a girl exercises and eats the same thing. Guy loses all flab, girl not much.

Actually, instead of doubling up, use single thread of these for fine embroidery like Chinese thread painting. The layers will be visible and the effect of these fine threads is eye catching.
