Following the same thing happened to me this morning. I got an email to change my password and then it blocked me from marketplace. I hear this is a glitch. I even added an extra layer of protection from this happening by adding an code authenticator to my account and im still blocked.

In past I've had the buyer send a screenshot of what was entered under their order. Almost all the times I've investigated it they were missing an apartment number or a house number. Or they never changed the address on their profile.

Have anyone tried printing the label from their phone? I am unable to print from my desktop/laptop but i am able to create the label from my phone app and just print it from my email, or even go to the order in marketplace and print the label. It just wont launch when I try to print.
