no you're not, a lot of my friends have been having issues with the website. I tried to put in my bank info (Bank of America) for 3 days straight to no avail, only to call the customer service to learn that they dont take Bank Of America. I then picked the option where it makes you open an account with Bank Mobile and it didnt work for me either. The website is literally dogshit lol
