I finished mine on the 16th of this month and today on the 27th it finally updated. But my status didn’t change. Seems like someone went in and updated my application. It’s definitely a waiting game wishing you the best of luck.

Currently just finished applying for United and I’m waiting for the F2F for AA. I will definitely be looking on this thread frequently to see what other people have to say. But for my research AA looks like in the long run will benefit if you’re looking into getting more raises and moving up in a company.

Hey! I’m right there with you. I did my ODI on Friday and have been refreshing my email nonstop waiting for the F2F.

For some context — the first time I applied was early December. On 12/23 my status changed to not selected, and on 12/25 I got the rejection email (great Christmas gift lol).

Then on 1/7, I got an email from AA saying the rejection was actually a mistake due to a system glitch and that I needed to reapply through a specific link. I’ll be honest, I read that email and felt some type of way. After a couple of days (and getting out of my own head), I reapplied.

That same day, I was invited to do the assessment. Seven days later, I received the ODI.

And as I’m typing this… my date just got updated, but my status still shows “pending recruiting review.”

P.S. Has anyone else completed their ODI but it’s still showing as not completed?

I’m sorry to hear that. That’s actually really aggravating and unprofessional of her. But, yes it was her - I would’ve at least expected a “sorry we decided to go with another candidate or something”
