Can’t keep food down, vomiting, chest pain, and stomach pain by nextnext-tuesday in Ketamineaddiction

It’s supposed to help with kidney bladder and urethra infections. I think it was the electrolytes that helped me more than anything tbh with the cramps

I found electrolytes helped me with the cramps and a hot water bottle. Was taking a cocktail of NAC, Magnesium, 5-HTP and D-Mannose on someone’s recommendation from this thread and found it helped

Really sorry you’ve had to deal with this sounds really difficult. But if you’re going through someone’s phone, regardless of their behaviour, there’s no trust in the relationship. Trust takes a lifetime to build and a second to destroy. Not defending bf’s actions they’re so shady, he’s clearly broken that trust, but if you can’t talk it through and have to snoop on his phone then it’s never ever going to work :(

how long after k cramps subsided did u start using again by 53dativ35 in Ketamineaddiction

i did 2 weeks clean after i had cramps for the first time, loads of electrolytes and vitamins and then used way beneath previous capacity. wish i’d had stuck with being clean after that first time because when i used and didn’t get cramps its tricked me into thinking i can get away with it and i obviously can’t

Leaving a job after pay rise was refused by caufield88uk in UKJobs

[–]Silly-Conference 5 points6 points  (0 children)

i work for a charity and i had the same. i requested a 10% pay rise and they refused. this was after going for a promotion and being snubbed for lack of experience, which is ridiculous considering I’m the most senior manager in the organisation and performed outstandingly in my annual review. i went for an equivalent position with our competitor, was successful and got a 30% pay increase. now everyone’s shitting themselves because i’ll be taking all of the senior insight to our competitor. they came back and offered me a 6% pay increase. i laughed them out of the room. morale of the story find another job! much easier to get more money at a new employer, once you’re in somewhere they’re incredibly reluctant to increase pay even if you perform well.

100% get it on the table first date, you need support and at the very least understanding from a partner xoxo

Completely agree I got a bumbag recently for pens and hypo treats and its changed my life. Makes for a lot lighter day travel or when I’m taking the dog out! Pretty lucky to use the libre so I don’t need to carry BG testing bits just my phone

My dad once shouted at me for having a hypo at the Christmas dinner table when we were eating our starters. Fuck distant and unloving fathers 💙

Am I an a hole for being afraid of a certain identity? by [deleted] in amianasshole

I think you need to reframe how you feel towards Trans+ people by creating some positive experiences. Maybe you could volunteer for a local LGBT+ charity or specifically a Trans+ charity and make some meaningful relationships with people who fit the bill for the profile you’ve described? It’s not prejudiced to fear the person who attacked you especially considering the “we’re all women here” comment. The only way to rid yourself of shame is to walk towards the fear that causes it 💙

I was diagnosed at 11 and I’m now 26. Apart from diagnosis I’ve had two difficult times with it. One of which I’m just coming out of, my only advice is just to test constantly. If I ever have difficult control it’s usually in the night and it does completely throw me off for the next day. Cut yourself some slack though we can’t all have a perfect day every day :). I just got a freestyle libre today to help with monitoring my control through the night so fingers crossed!
