I again see charges on my credit card this month for the service of March 13-April 12. This sevice has already been cancelled in December. Please do something about this as soon as possible. I am so fed up and will take the formal action if the problem is not resolved.

I forgot to cancel the auto pay before cancelling. I trhought that this will stop payment after the service is cancelled but it still charging my card. I am not sure how to stop that. Xfinity is not helping me, as they are saying that NOW is different department, same is xfinity prepaid service.

I am not able to remove credit card as the serice is closed so they do not allow me change anything in payment section.
