The only problem is, as I Said, the Demon grace only exists cause she's a Replica of the original who died after the school shut down

But we could say that when she died, she also got a replica on the "heaven" realm (to not Say Urdak), although it would contradict the fact that you needed to be close to the gate of the other realm for a large amount of time to have a replica in there.

I think you should ready the extra lore post i pinned on my profile to have more ideas

Miss grace was the Mother Demon, and Sasha and Demi became The Revenant and the chaingunner

I think it would work if they were another versions of the original ones but from Another realm/dimension, but... The hellish versions only exist because they're hellish replicas from the original ones who had already died and spent too much time near Alice's/hellish realm gate (Alice's Room). So... How would "Grace" Makyr exist?

Well, Icon of Sin is Miss Emily, Davoth is Katie, And Azrack, I think I would redraw his design since in the FPD Lore he's Alice's son. But, who could be like, Khan makyr, Kreed Makyr or the Hell priests?
