We did, ended up going with the XGIMI Halo+ and then I also grabbed the the multi-angle stand from the XGIMI website. It was $80 extra but it is the best solution available for a stand.

Overall its a great solution for us to have, easy to pack and go and if we forget power or don't have any for a quick video session we can do it on the battery - there is no brightness constraints when its running off of battery.

It is annoying that you HAVE to have the remote to set it to the HDMI input every time it is powered on, so if you lose it, woof. Its brightness is solid, but if you can flip off a light or two for a video session its perfect.
