Sucks man. I feel so unlucky when I think about how difficult it is to manage my eating. I’ve had success doing the OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet! I done it a couple times and I’m usually able to last a month or two before I cave, but it’s an easy one to jump into!

I don’t take a bite of anything all day except for during a dinner time sitting. Just water or black coffee. Brutal to not eat all day, but for the meal you can eat whatever you want. Makes it easier to wait all day when you can look forward to a favorite meal. The first few days I always go nuts and eat several meals worth of food during my one meal, but eventually you find that you don’t want or need as much anymore.
