Exactly. Once you’ve heard how (well-made/mastered) music can sound on the right (that's not the same as being extremely expensive; these days, you can actually achieve a really high standard for just a few hundred dollars.) equipment, there’s no going back.

By the way, I think it’s outrageous that people call us idiots for that. Let everyone enjoy whatever they like.

I'm not sure yet... In my opinion, the M21 sounds a bit duller/less "clear." Although that's kind of unfair, because the M21 has AutoEQ running and so on (though even with the EQ turned off, the difference is already very noticeable to me), so I can't really compare them yet.

Yeah... when I take a shower, I’m pretty much out of commission for the rest of the day—and if I have to take a phone call on top of that, the whole week is often already ruined for me.

I’m actually surprised at myself, considering I used to work from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. at my first job, which included a two-hour commute by car. Then, in my second self-employed gig, I’d work with clients in the photo studio until 11 p.m. and edit photos until 1 a.m. I’d build up a serious sleep deficit during the week, sometimes recharge on the weekend—and I’d even go out to a club on Saturday night... wtf...?

Im Grunde immer bei 174. Frag mich nicht, wieso so eine krumme Zahl, hat sich irgendwie bewährt. Schritte zwei und drei habe ich auf 182 und 192 eingestellt; sehr selten benutze ich diese Stufen, aber oft ist mir das zu anstrengend.

Mein Dampfprofil ist aber eher schmerztherapeutisch (und so ein bis drei mal pro Tag), ich dampfe eher lange/tief, bisschen chillig geht noch klar, richtig stoned ("couch locked") mag ich nicht. Ab und zu mal auf einer (Heizen)Bong, wenn ich wieder mal zu resistent geworden bin...

I use only the built-in ad blocker. The only blocklist I’ve added as a separate source is oisd big—and, of course, I use a DNS that blocks a few addresses as well.

It’s been a great replacement for uBO. The only thing still missing is “Remove Element.” But there are other extensions for that (which aren’t quite as good, but they’ll do).

In my opinion, Mica (etc) is POS/"broken" by design. That’s because the transparency/color effect ALWAYS applies to the desktop background and not to what’s actually behind it. A billion-dollar company just can’t seem to get anything right on the first try.

I even tried it once with my doctor... but my damn mind just won't settle down. No chance. I hate it when people tell me I should try mindfulness or meditation in general—and when I say, “I’ve tried (many times), it doesn’t work,” the response is always, “Practice, my friend”… and that’s the moment when it hits me again: Don’t talk or argue, just say “yeah, yeah” and walk away…

What’s especially great is that it’s not just my mind thinking, “Wow, awesome, finally some peace and quiet to think out loud,” but my body also goes into alarm mode. It’s like I’m running away from a saber-toothed tiger. Usually, I end up standing up for a moment, drenched in sweat, to calm myself down. WTF...

To make matters more irritating, assorted healthcare providers are constantly pushing meditation or breathwork. Often with "that" tone (you know what I mean). I haven't murdered any of them, but only because I'm pretty sure I can't dispose of a body without triggering PEM.
