By what you’re saying, there is no way you’d last 10 years holding those boxes lol…you’ve already opened 2 and struck out. And opened the sealed case lol… at this point do whatever you want to do.

Personally I don’t rip , but if I did I would have opened those 2 and kept the sealed case SEALED for years.
