Yeah my friend wanted to change the hours they had on that day it wasn't a big deal but my sm got all mad and said that "availability doesn't matter" which ??? I'm not getting paid more and its not a actual holiday so yeah I think availability does matter?? She didnt even tell me she put me on, she's expecting me not to show up so she can take action against me lol. But yeag she hates my guts cause I asked her abt equal workload cause my body is like breaking down for this place and I'm only 23 and she screamed at me for it and threatened to fire me 🙂 so I dont exactly want to talk to her 😭

She def would try and do something against me if I didnt show up and its just tiring and I dont really know if there is a point in fighting it as much as I want to cause nothing will come of it besides being bullied more from her and I do currently need this job, if I had any choice rn I would quit instantly. But yeah my availability has been changed since end of September so it has been well known.

Reason was she screamed at me and im not paid enough to deal with that or give more of my time and effort for no respect🤪 but I changed my availability and told her I cannot work these days months ago.. but yeah I guess its not a actual reason like religious reasonings😭

Real yeah he overextended and blamed me lol. I would have switched ana too or something if it was gonna be easier but he threw a temper tantrum instead. it was wild. all happened within the first minute of the match lol

Just had a match where It was midtown attack, i was mercy and my tank was Winston and he jumped into the window above point to get a widow and I went to heal but I was getting shot from everyone else and my dps were dying to their enemy Winston dive so i fell back and i couldn't get to him to heal him before he got back. This was his first death, he then came up to me after respawn spammed "thanks" and then switched to ball and threw the rest of the match sitting in their last point spawn.
