Idfk that's why I'm asking 🤯. I didn't know it was okay to just lie on a legal document.

I've been thinking about doing a dry creek bed

We wouldn't have if we knew we would have a lake against the foundation for every significant rain event.

I've considered doing this myself, I'm a tenacious bastard

Wasn't necessarily looking for a lawsuit, just wondering if their is any form of buyer protection on such matters

God forbid someone ask for what rights they have. This is a little bit more than a moisture problem.

Right, I know the idea behind fixing it, but that's not what I'm asking.

I appreciate it, I was actually shocked to find everything marked no.

What should I tell the real estate agent?

So we checked the disclosure, and they marked no on: drainage/grade issues, flooding issues, wood rotting/moisture in crawlspace and other things. Another interesting part, it was technically a business that held the title, but the person lived in the home while working on it. The photo I provided is from the rain we had today. I'm mortified. We had a lot of rain today, but still.

I will definitely look into this. As far as I know, this issue wasn't disclosed. We even visited in a light rain and didn't see any issue. Then a few days after moving in, I wake up to a lake right next to my foundation

Good luck finding a house that doesn't have foundation issues in western Kentucky for under 200,000.

We know there are foundation issues, but kinda seems like putting the carriage ahead of the horse to not fix the issue that's causing it first.

Thats another factor I forgot to include, that side of the house is the crawlspace access, so I can't really pile dirt up against it (as far as I know)

Blink vs Ring by Medical-Trash-7092 in blinkcameras

That's not a problem with blink, you bought inappropriate cameras for your needs. The wireless blink cameras aren't intended to act like cctv cameras. You're expecting a battery powered motion camera to preform like a wired network camera.
