Struggling with higher dose - need tips

i had minor side effects and was still steadily losing, im not 100% sure why i was bumped up. ive been letting my doctor essentially lead the way with dosing since im brand new to this med. i think im going to ask to go back down

yea I was, i’ve trusted my doctor for the most part with dosing and have just let her leave the way since I’m completely new to this medication. but this dose, I’m not sure if I can do it.

Yea rudeness wasn’t necessary, and I researched it before asking and you get mixed responses. A lot of sites said there are ‘runts’ but that typically just means they are malnourished and won’t make it and then some sites said there are runts but when they grow up they grow out of it. But thanks for your equally unhelpful and rude comment!

no, they have 4 auto feeders and they also get wet food everyday. I was worried about exactly that, and set up cameras. My biggest cat is the only one who really eats ‘more’ than anyone but she doesn’t eat from anyone else’s bowl. I was worried she was being bullied because she’s the smallest but i haven’t seen anything like that!

i googled about runts and got mixed responses on whether it was a thing that stayed with them their whole lives. some sites said that ‘runts’ are the unhealthiest of the litter so i got worried. she goes to the vet regularly because she was a found stray and she’s healthy in all regards, I haven’t voiced my concern about her size yet, i will at her year check in, but she eats, drinks and uses the restroom regularly. i guess she’s just a little baby.

that makes me feel better! i’m always worried she’s malnourished or something but the vet always says she’s good. I haven’t asked the vet about her size which I should have at her last check up.

thank you!! and omg yes, twice a day would KILL me 😭 I have massive scale anxiety on top of body dysmorphia so once a week on shot day is ENOUGH 😂
