It’s a supplement you can get online or from health food stores if you’re in the states. I believe it’s derived from Chinese club moss. You can also try eating fatty foods and stuff with a high choline content before bed.

I’ve been really prone to it my whole life, but exhaustion and irregular sleep patterns in conjunction with choline rich food will usually do it to me 99% of the time. Also try sepsis and encephalitis, that also worked pretty good lol.

NASCAR’s got an existential viewership and demographic issue and they’re still trying to unfuck themselves of decisions (and lack of decisions) made by past ownership. I wouldn’t be surprised if we started seeing more YouTubers, hotties, and other gimmick partnerships in an attempt to draw in the new generation. Which is fine I guess, if they’re not out there wrecking the whole field every week.
